Set on the waterfront of Culburra Beach, a contemporary, coastal retreat where laid-back living meets contemporary design. This six-bedroom, double-storey home was crafted to frame the breathtaking ocean views, every element designed for relaxed, luxurious seaside living.

Positioned to overlook Tilbury Cove and with views stretching out to Kiama, this double-storey home was built to celebrate its stunning coastal surroundings. Featuring six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and five distinct living areas – including a tiered home theatre, games room & a home gym. Natural stonework, recycled timber beams, and a soft earthy palette were used to anchor the home in its beachside environment. The kitchen is the true centrepiece with a deep 1400mm island bench and premium appliances, while custom joinery brings a high level of detail to the games room and alfresco.
