Pandanus

This project involved the creation of a coastal family home, intended to blend the relaxed atmosphere of seaside living and the timeless Hamptons style design. Classic Hamptons inspired design elements like exposed rafter tails, weatherboard cladding and large window & door architraves are featured throughout the externals, complimented by the lush landscaping & waterfront views. Traditional wainscoting is featured throughout the interior, which, along with the v-groove ceilings, add class and character to each room. At the center of the home, is a spacious and functional kitchen with custom joinery and a large butler’s pantry, ensuring it would serve as both a daily hub and a perfect space for entertaining. The layout includes seven bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and three generous living areas, offering ample space for family life and guests. The location offers stunning views of Currarong Creek, and with private access to the water, this home is a serene retreat. The first bedroom features sweeping views up Currarong Beach, offering a peaceful place to enjoy the natural surroundings.

This home was carefully designed to maximise coastal living while adding touches of Hamptons charm, making it a functional and beautiful space that feels like a true escape. The attention to detail in both the design and craftsmanship reflects the care and dedication that went into bringing this project to life.
